Controller

The sole trader identified in the contact section is responsible for InterviewEdge customer data.

Data collected

We collect the interview details you provide, including role, prospective employer, career experience, achievements, concerns and optional name/date. We also retain an order identifier, consent timestamp, payment status, customer email and transaction reference. Stripe processes payment card details separately; InterviewEdge does not store full card numbers.

Why we process it

We use your details to generate and deliver the purchased pack and respond to support requests (performance of a contract), maintain security and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and retain legally required accounting records (legal obligation). We do not use your interview answers for advertising or sell them to data brokers.

Processors and transfers

Hosting/database: Render; card processing: Stripe; transactional email: Resend. These providers may process data internationally. The operator must verify relevant data processing terms and lawful transfer safeguards before launch.

Retention

Owner decision required: set a defined schedule for interview answers and access links, taking account of customer access needs; retain accounting records for the applicable legal period. Until a deletion procedure is implemented, do not claim that interview data is automatically deleted.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or another competent authority. Contact us below to exercise rights.

Security and cookies

We use HTTPS in production and a payment provider-hosted checkout. The website does not intentionally set advertising cookies in this version; assess any third-party tracking separately before adding it. Avoid entering sensitive information.
