Who sells this product?

InterviewEdge is a trading name used by a UK sole trader. The legal trader's name, contact address and support email appear below. InterviewEdge is not a limited company.

What you buy

One personalised, English-language digital interview preparation pack based on the information you submit. It includes structured guidance and suggested frameworks; it is not a live interview coaching session, employer-specific inside information, or a guarantee of employment. You must verify your own examples and claims.

Price and payment

One-time price: £49 GBP, no subscription. Before completing checkout you will see the final payable amount, including any applicable tax. Your card provider may charge currency-conversion fees. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Delivery and access

Following confirmed payment, your pack is made available online for reading and downloading. A purchase confirmation and access link are sent to the email you supply at checkout. Please save a copy. Contact support if access fails.

Cancellation and refunds

UK customers ordinarily have a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases. If you expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right once supply begins, that right may be lost under applicable law. We request that consent separately before checkout and confirm it by email. If the necessary requirements are not met, your cancellation rights remain. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed content, always apply. Customers outside the UK may have additional mandatory local rights that these terms do not remove. Email support to request cancellation or a remedy.

Appropriate use

Do not enter passwords, medical records, national identification numbers, confidential employer data or information about others without a lawful basis. The pack is for your personal interview preparation.
